Postage & Packing

Standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order and this may use either Royal Mail First or Second Class post, Standard Parcel Service or courier at our discretion when a signature upon delivery would be required.

Postage and packing costs for delivery outside the UK are £9.75. Please note that where an international order includes bulky and heavy items, we reserve the right to ship some or all of the order by surface mail. If this right is exercised we will advise you accordingly.

Please note that you are solely responsible for any import duties and taxes that your order may incur when delivery is to an address outside the UK.


We aim for a quick turnaround of your order and virtually all orders are dispatched from stock by the next working day. A dispatch notice is normally sent by email. Occasionally and at our discretion we may split a delivery to expedite its dispatch.

If an item is not shown as being on back order and we cannot dispatch it within 10 working days we will endeavour to correspond with you by email and then (when necessary) by telephone to advise the expected delivery date and take your instructions. You will have the opportunity to confirm or cancel your order or to accept a partial delivery or a substitution.

We take orders for products that are shown as being on back order on the basis that the delivery date is indicative only.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will be delighted with anything you buy from us, but there may be occasions where a return or exchange is required and we are happy to do this within 14 days of receipt by you.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be sent to us at the following address:

Further postage and packing costs at the rate for the destination are payable where you ask us to exchange goods that we dispatched correctly. If We cannot exchange the goods to your satisfaction We will refund the amount paid for the goods but not the postage and packing costs and have no consequent liability to you.

Goods must be sent to us at the address shown above within 14 days of receipt by you and you must take care of goods you intend to return while they are in your possession. They must be returned to us unused and adequately protected against all damage in transit such that they may be sold as new.

For all returns you must cover the cost of delivery to us. We will refund your return postage costs once an item is confirmed as faulty and provided you have used the Royal Mail’s “Recorded Signed” for service. You must contact us for a returns authorization prior to returning faulty goods.

Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

Under UK Distance Selling Regulations an EU resident has the right to change their mind and cancel an order at any time within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) without needing to give a reason. If you want to cancel an order you must advise us in writing that you are exercising this right and return the item(s) to Us at your expense. You may either contact us via the web site, send a letter to the address shown above or use the Returns and Exchange Form included with your order.
